Emeke's passion for the educational sector is undeniable. Over the last four years, he has built a system for teaching students the use of English and pronunciation, and now he aims to digitise this knowledge and scale it across Africa. His domain expertise and commitment to his vision give us confidence in the potential of Edulyte.
We are excited to invest in Edulyte, as we believe that education is a fundamental driver of economic growth and societal development. With the current boom in the Edtech sector, we see a strong alignment between Edulyte and Funema's long-term vision.
Edulyte's platform aims to make quality education accessible and affordable to students across Africa, leveraging technology to deliver personalised learning experiences. The platform's focus on English language learning is particularly important, as proficiency in English is increasingly essential for success in the global economy.
By digitising and scaling Emeke's teaching methodology, Edulyte has the potential to make a significant impact on education in Africa, helping to address the region's educational challenges, including low literacy rates, a shortage of qualified teachers, and limited access to quality educational resources.
In summary, we are excited to partner with Emeke and the Edulyte team to support their vision of scaling education across Africa. We believe that their innovative approach to English language learning has the potential to make a significant impact on the region's educational landscape, and we are confident in their ability to execute this vision.
Edulyte is a virtual educational platform on a mission to make available quality, sustainable audio-visual learning content to millions of Africans anywhere, anytime, and make learning fun and education easy.
The Company was founded by Elliot Emeke, who is a professional Linguist and trainer.
Over the last 6 months, we've closely monitored the teams' passion for solving the educational gap in schools through a series of calls. We understand firsthand the challenges faced by entrepreneurs who are greatly skilled at the problem they are solving but have no support in terms of company building, we see ourselves playing this role in Edulyte.
