We are surrounded by noise in it’s myriad forms, from biases to prejudices to anecdotes - noise is everywhere. A business, however, cannot run on noise - businesses are like vectors, they have mass (the people that power it) and they have a direction (North stars navigated through nautical iterations of annual objectives) 

Starting FUNEMA wasn’t just the launch of a business—it was the realization of a vision shaped by years of hands-on experience across diverse sectors, from energy and renewables to marketing, communications, and venture capital. My journey into venture building has always been about seeing beyond traditional growth metrics and understanding the transformative power of small businesses, especially within emerging markets. Through every role and industry, I observed a critical insight: small businesses, when given the right tools and guidance, could transform not only their operations but also the communities and economies around them.
