The decision making process at Funema is quite unique. The CEO makes the executive decisions within the organisation, but will take suggestions from other team members. In the decision making process, insight and advice are welcomed through discussions. The CEO will always take everyone's suggestions into consideration before making a decision. This method helps create a sense of community and team within Funema. On individual projects we allow employees to have autonomy in execution. The project leaders are there to provide direction and guidance, not demands. At Funema, we believe that everyone should have the freedom to express their skills the best way they can.
