Feedback is a great way to foster knowledge and growth. At Funema we believe that feedback should operate in a transparent two-way street system. Feedback can be best received through designated Forms and/or discussed asynchronously on one-on-one calls. In addition, people support tools are provided to give feedback on certain responsibilities. Everyone is encouraged to give, as well as receive, feedback. We strive to achieve a transparent workplace that can only be achieved through communication and understanding which rides on the backbone of consistent feedback.
