Meetings are the best way to convene and collaborate between Funema team members. The meeting agenda and structure are always released beforehand and can be found in the email invite. Meetings can be held for various reasons and tend to have an open and free atmosphere in order to promote collaboration. Employees are expected to come prepared to meetings with whatever progress and/or questions they might have on a project. In addition, we use www.hugo.com to make meeting easily accessible before and after every meeting. With this, employees are able to reference back to points that were made during the meeting.
